Foxfield Prep

My friends and I purchased 2 plots for the Foxfield horse races this year to celebrate Spring, friendship, fun, and Sam and I's birthdays!!

I am making 3 kinds of preppy-delicious cupcakes and just ordered the cupcake holders today:







Somehow, I have to bake all these and work three 12 hours shifts the 3 days leading up to the races...this will be interesting. Bad week for my schedule not to work out perfectly, ah well.
I am thinking an investment in air tight cupcake containers, and one recipe a day will do the trick. Can't wait!!!
